Installation:
Step 1: The laser tube is installed on the back of the machine, open the laser tube protection cover, and you can see two laser tube brackets and cover opening protection sensors. First open the two brackets, and carefully place the laser tube light outlet (negative end) on the brackets against the No. 1 reflector.
Step 2: Buckle the belt on the laser tube support and tighten the screws to fix the laser tube.
Note: Do not screw too tightly when fixing the laser tube, so as not to damage the laser tube. Be sure to place the water inlet pipe (at the end of the light outlet) under the pipe body.
Step 3: Water connection: After fixing the laser tube, connect the water outlet of the water tank connected to the water protection end with the water inlet of the high-pressure end of the laser tube, and connect the other water inlet tube with the water outlet of the negative end of the laser tube to ensure that the water inlet is vertical to the ground. The water outlet is vertically upward.
Step 4: Electricity connection: strip the red high-voltage wire of the laser power supply and the negative power wire, each strip 15MM copper wires, lock the copper wires with high and low voltage end screws, wrap the green wire with electrical tape, and place the high voltage insulation cover on the high voltage end.
How to test CO2 laser tube:
(After receiving the product, please according to the following procedure to test the CO2 laser tube whether it can work or not).
1, Make the current to 10mA~15mA, burst of cardboard at the place of outlet 10cm, immediately release, the round spot will shown.
2, Make the current to 15mA~20mA, at the outlet 10cm, using 10mm~20mm acrylic burst in about 10 seconds, until the cone shown.
