1550nm 10/20mW 3MHz Line-wdith DFB SM Fiber Laser Module
This is a semiconductor laser chip that emits light at a wavelength of 1550nm with a narrow linewidth. It has a butterfly package and uses distributed feedback (DFB) technology. The output is single-mode fiber with professional design of the drive circuit and thermoelectric cooler (TEC) control to ensure laser safety and stability.
